Medium voltage is used to identify the area between low voltage and high voltage. This refers to a voltage level of 400 to 1000 volts. Medium-voltage systems are also known as secondary systems or secondary distribution. This is mainly found in industry, where high voltage power is supplied and is distributed as medium voltage.
Within medium voltage, we supply many protection components such as protection relays, surge diverters, choke coils and tubes or fuses. These safety components absorb spikes or ensure that measures are taken so that systems are not damaged.
The junction box is a metal casing for connecting or branching your cables. This is an alternative to a joint. The advantage of a junction box compared with a joint is that you can easily access the branched joints. Read more about our medium voltage solutions below.
