At Batenburg Energietechniek, we work on a huge range of projects.Examples of projects include:
- Capacity of transformers
- Accessible transformer substations
- Compact transformer substations
- Medium-voltage systems
- Low-voltage systems
In practice, project support involves project preparation, implementation and aftercare.During the project, there is intensive contact with the customer and supplier starting from engineering, design and manufacturing up to installation at the customer’s site.Monitoring of the total schedule forms a large part of this.Any questions and comments from customers and suppliers will be shared during the process. Each project has a customer-specific approach.Sometimes, a work schedule needs to be formulated in advance, or a gateway instruction film needs to be viewed.
On award of the assignment, further discussion is needed with the customer regarding the drawings and minor details are discussed.Once the details have been recorded, the quotation drawings will be sent to the factory so that production drawings can be made.As soon as the production drawings have been produced, these will be sent to the customer for approval. The production process will start following approval of the drawings.Depending on the type of project and customer’s wishes, the purchase can be planned in the factory (FAT test).During the FAT test, the entire process is checked visually and tests may also be conducted, depending on the project.
