Batenburg Energietechniek is taking steps to reduce residual waste and decrease our environmental impact in the rail infrastructure sector. Together with ProRail and Cembre Group, we have made the rail contact more sustainable:
- No more paper instructions in the packaging, replaced by the Batenburg Railinfra app
No more different types of waste, making recycling easier. The instructions are available in our Batenburg Railinfra app; always accurate and accessible. - The securing nut is now produced from only one material
No more application of plastic, resulting in a reduction of non-recyclable plastic in the environment.
The result:
Lower CO2 emissions and reduced pollution at the workplace.
